Junior HR Analyst
Andia joined Cronje and Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd in 2024 as an HR Analyst.
She holds a Master's degree in Health Psychology & Digital Intervention from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
Beginning her career in 2023, Andia worked as an Erasmus+ Project researcher, where she contributed her expertise to diverse projects catering to adults, youth, and vocational education and training (VET). Her roles were aimed at empowering vulnerable societal groups, fostering active aging, bolstering overall well-being, and advocating for inclusivity and civic engagement in society.
In 2024, Andia became a valued member of C.Y Actuaries. Her role involves assisting companies and organizations in identifying and recruiting top-tier talent. Her responsibilities also include developing high-performing teams and contributing to initiatives to improve the skills and expertise of the client’s workforce.
