Lead Consultant, Human Resources
Marios Mouzouris joined Cronje & Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd in 2020 to lead the firm’s HR consulting efforts in the areas of recruitment and learning & development.
He joins C.Y Actuaries with a wealth of human resources experience having worked for 4 years as a Consultant and 11 years as a Human Resources Manager in diverse environments of domestic and multinational companies operating in the FMCG, Retail and Accounting & Finance sectors. He is an experienced trainer and qualified assessor of psychometric tests and has also worked for 4 years as a Lecturer in Business Administration.
Marios’ work touches a variety of aspects of human capital, including recruiting and developing the right teams, enhancing the performance and effectiveness of human capital within the organization, and setting up HR analytics to optimize the performance of the HR function. He has extensive experience in supporting several organizations with different cultures, focusing his work on the right competencies, fit of talents, and strategic objectives of each organization.
Marios holds the following qualifications:
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Stirling (UK)
- BSc in Political Science with a Minor in Sociology from the University of Cyprus
- Full Member of the Cyprus Human Resources Management Association (CyHRMA).
