2024 C.Y Actuaries Summer Course for High School Students

We are excited to announce our three-day Summer Course, held at our office premises, designed specifically for high-school students interested in consulting, actuarial science, and investment.

Course Highlights:

• Insight into Consulting:
  Gain an in-depth understanding of the consulting world, with a focus on actuarial and investment work.

• Financial Literacy & Planning:
  Learn the essentials of financial literacy, financial planning, and behavioral finance.

• Professional Pathways:
  Explore key professions and the relevant designations, such as Fellowship as an Actuary and CFA Charterholder.

• High School Student to University Student Transition:
  Understand the journey from high-school student to university student and then to young professional, and the challenges faced during this transition.

• CV & Interview Skills:
  Receive personalized guidance on refining your CV and interview techniques to enhance your career prospects.

The daily sessions run from 9:30am – 1:30pm with workshops organized by our consultants.

Students enjoyed a company lunch at our offices following the end of the sessions.
