The first conference of the Cyprus Association of Actuaries will be held on 29 October 2012 at the University of Cyprus and Hilton Park Hotel in Nicosia. This conference has been accredited as an EU Presidency event. The aim of the event is to present financial and social topics relevant to the actuarial profession and to which actuaries can make a significant contribution. A number of high-profile speakers from across the European Union have already been confirmed.

The educational part will take place at auditorium B108 at the University of Cyprus between 09:00-14:00. The official reception and dinner will take place at Hilton Park Hotel, at 19:00.
