Marios Yiannas presented “The future of group pension provision by insurance companies in Cyprus” to a delegation of industry professionals from Cyprus and abroad. The Conference was organised by the Cyprus Association of Actuaries and was hosted at the University of Cyprus in Nicosia. The morning technical sessions were followed by a formal dinner.

The Conference was tailored to provide insight into specific areas of relevance to the actuarial profession such as occupational pension provision and the role of the insurance industry, the proposed National Health System for Cyprus and behavioural economics.
