Junior HR Analyst
Andia joined Cronje and Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd in 2024 as an HR Analyst. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a major in Organisational Psychology, from the University of Groningen, and a Master’s degree in Health Psychology & Digital Intervention from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
Andia began her career in 2023 as an Erasmus+ Project Researcher, contributing to projects focused on employee well-being and HR-related initiatives. Since joining C.Y. Actuaries in 2024, she has played a key role in supporting companies and organisations in identifying and recruiting top talent, developing high-performing teams, and implementing initiatives to enhance the skills and expertise of client workforces.
